Corn-on-the-Cob

Today was the first day I saw corn at the roadside stand. Fresh local corn is the best and worth the wait. We have two local farms that set up summertime stands and that is the only way we will buy corn.

Rick shucked the corn for me and the girls "helped". Caitlin was intrigued by the whole process and kept sticking her hand in there to pull too. So cute.

Caitlin also ate from the cob by herself for the first time today. When she got bored she tried to feed the cob to the dog.
