Alexa is a basketball player! She had her first practice tonight for the Joy-Bellamy Tigers - a third-grade team in the Valentine league of Rome. She's so excited to play and Rick is coaching.

Alexa went to her first book signing event with Girl Scouts at MVCC college in Utica. Megan Hearts and her sister were there to do activities and sign one of their books.

Excited for Snow
We got a little bit of snow today and Caitlin was SO excited. She ran and grabbed her snow pants, put them on, and was watching the snow from her stool until she could go outside to play in it.

Bills v. Dallas
Rick took advantage of a free plane ticket to visit John and Michele in Dallas with Steve. It just happened to be the same weekend that the Bills were playing in Dallas so they all tailgated and had fun at the game.

Alexa's Hearing Update
Alexa saw Dr Gordon again for her hearing. It sounds like she improved a little on her hearing test but we are still waiting for her tubes to fall out to see if the holes close up and her hearing goes to 100%. For now, we wait.

Caitlin's First Report Card
Caitlin received her very first report card and we had a teacher conference. She is doing very well in Pre-K. The main area she needs to work on is speaking out loud. Little do they know how loud she can be at home. She saves up all her talking at school and then doesn't stop from the time we pick her up until she goes to bed!
