A Fun Weekend

We had a lot of fun things planned (and unplanned) this weekend!

Friday night after dinner, we took the girls to play mini-golf for the first time.

This morning, we spent some time outside. Caitlin was fascinated by the rocks.

After lunch, we headed down to the Relay for Life. We were able to be in my company's team photo, but we could not stay. This year they did not allow strollers on the track. It was in the 90s today and I didn't bring a baby carrier (Caitlin's a little too big for it, it would've been really hot for both of us, and no shade for her) because strollers have always been allowed. I was really upset.

The girls needed to get out of the house to blow off steam, but it was too hot outside, so we took them to Chuck E. Cheese. It was the first time either of the girls had been there and we all had a great time. Caitlin loved riding in the car with Chuck E. Cheese himself.

Finally, tonight is "practice" camping for Rick and Alexa in our backyard. We wanted to make sure she liked it before Rick rents a campsite and treks into the wilderness this summer.
